The cleanness of the room was really bad. The smell and the color of the towel was poor. The executive room didn’t prepare well when my family arrived. The food was good. Despite all of that, their shuttle service was my fav from this hotel. The distance to the airport really closed, only 10 min by car. The hotel is not far from the airport, traffic jams to get there seem common though. Check-in was fast and convenient, given room was clean and in good shape. Although its very close to the airport and busy roads, there are no loud noises in the rooms. Had dinner and breakfast in the hotel as well - nothing to complain there. Breakfast starts at 5am already, which is definitely good for early birds. Hourly airport shuttle is free of charge and can be booked at the reception. However, our request for pickup from the airport via email had not been answered. Thats pretty much the main point preventing me to give a 5 star rating. Reasonable prices for room and food. Plus, theres a small supermarket right next to the hotel for all urgent needs or munchies.
